Coquito Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of coconut cream
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup of spice infusion (cloves and cinnamon)
  • White rum to taste

 

To prepare the infusion, in a small saucepan add a cup of water, cloves and cinnamon. Boil for 4 minutes. Then pour all the other ingredients into a blender, mix for 1 minute, add half a cup of the spice infusion and mix again. Ready to chill and serve!
